Meet our Conveyancing Manager of our Cardiff office, Jennifer Finch. Jennifer joined us in January 2023 and has been settling in over the past few months.
We took some time to catch up with Jennifer and learn more about her career history and what she likes doing in her spare time.
Where did you first hear about Sort Legal, and what attracted you to join us?
A recruitment agent
What did you do before joining us?
I was Head of Conveyancing and Partner at ETLP (7 years) and then Partner at Howells (16 months).
Why Conveyancing?
Good question š I fell into it. I was fresh out of University, got a job as a paralegal, and the rest is history, as they say.
Tell us something few people know about you.
I worked at Walt Disney World in Florida for six months on a work placement as part of my undergraduate degree.
How would you spend your perfect day off?
Relaxing with friends and family.
What is your Favourite holiday destination?
The Caribbean.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I'd choose Wye Valley. It's a beautiful and peaceful location.
How have you found your first few months at Sort Legal?
Great. Iām enjoying the role. Everyone is really friendly and has been very welcoming. In a good way, it feels like I have been here longer.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
An integral part of the company.
Describe your dream home.
A house in the countryside surrounded by fields.
What do you bring to Sort Legal?
A friendly and approachable attitude and knowledge and experience acquired over many years. I pride myself on my ability to motivate and lead.
