Meet our new starter, Heena Ahmed. She joined us at the start of this year and has taken on her new role in the Client Inception team brilliantly.
We caught up with Heena to find out how she found her first few months at Sort Legal.
How have you found your first couple of months at Sort Legal?
I have enjoyed the experience at Sort Legal so far. I have learnt new things and found it interesting.
What attracted you to Sort Legal?
I was interested in law and wanted to learn about Conveyancing and the process.
How did you hear about Sort Legal?
I saw the job opportunity on the Government website while I was looking for apprenticeships.
Why did you choose a career in Conveyancing?
I saw this as an opportunity to learn new things and gain skills in this field, and want to apply the things I’ve learnt here in the future.
Who inspires you?
My mum. She believes in me the most and that I can succeed in anything, inspiring me to do well.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
I would have the power to control people, so I can influence people to be respectful, keep the world happy, and end cruelty.
What is your all-time favourite movie?
My favourite movie is Home Alone because it is very funny. I can watch it on repeat and not get bored of it.
Tell us something few people know about you?
I am a very patient person.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Dubai, because it's one of the safest countries, the weather and the view are beautiful.
What advice would you give something just starting their career in Conveyancing?
Be confident and be able to communicate with others. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
