We’re pleased to welcome Morgan Green to the Remortgage team here at Sort Legal. After graduating with his LLB Law Degree at Swansea University, he moved into Conveyancing and hasn’t looked back since. We caught up with him this week, learning more about his aspirations and why he chose to join our team.

What attracted you to Sort Legal?
I was attracted to Sort Legal for its growth potential and long-term career development opportunities.
Tell us about your experience? What did you do before Sort Legal?
I used to work in retail as a Sales Assistant during my A Levels and Uni Degree. I graduated with a 2:1 LLB Law Degree in 2021 from Swansea University. Shortly after graduating, I worked as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in divorce matters and financial orders.
What inspired your career choice? Why conveyancing?
My career choice to enter the legal industry was influenced by my desire to help people in a way that best suited my academic. I have detail-focused approach to things, and conveyancing is a way for me to put that to good use.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
It would be somewhere like the Netherlands or Eastern US.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, I hope to see myself nearly, if not already, fully qualifying professionally as either a Solicitor or Senior Conveyancer.
If money was no object, what would you do all day?
I’d probably travel worldwide to see different sites and cultures.
What is the best gift you have been given?
The best gift I’ve been given was my car, which gave me a new world of independence.
If you could go back in time, what year would you travel to?
I would travel back to 2012 to try and watch Manchester City vs QPR when Aguero scored live in the stadium.
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy football, supporting Manchester City and Wales, socializing with friends, gaming and listening to music.
If you were ruler of your own country, what would be the first law you would introduce?
If I ruled my own country, the first law I would introduce would be to outlaw pineapple on pizza.
