Meet our new starter, Lava. She joined us in September and has taken on her new role as Conveyancing Assistant extremely well at Sort Legal.
We caught up with her to find out how she's finding everything so far.
How have you found it at Sort Legal so far?
Intense but yet calm. Full of work and achievements but yet enjoyable.
What made you want to join our Sort Legal team?
The modern and flexible approach to work.
What did you do before joining Sort Legal?
I was working in Commercial Property for 2 years prior.
Tell us something a few people know about you.
I am the first person to graduate in the history of my family.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Nowhere specific, I'd love to travel the world!
How would you spend your perfect day off?
On the sofa, with Netflix and candles on and my favourite snacks.
If you could make an office rule that everyone had to follow for a day, what would it be?
Work the way that works for you!
What was your favourite subject in school and why?
Sociology. It allows you to see the impact of nurture, social norms, values and role models.
