Apprenticeships at Sort Legal

Here at Sort Legal, we offer Apprenticeships in several positions. We work closely with our Apprentices creating the foundations for a long and successful career in Conveyancing.
Our Apprenticeships allow you to gain new qualifications and new skills within the industry.
As part of our Apprenticeship training, we offer one to one support through our in-house trainer, Victoria Calladine.

Sort Legal’s Directors have a combined 70 years of experience in the industry; it’s this knowledge that allows us to push boundaries continually and offer our staff high-quality training, firsthand experience and more.
Currently, we have 7 Apprentices on board in the positions listed below:
· Post Completion
· Remortgage
· Remortgage Admin Assistant
· New Business
Over the next year, we hope to hire more apprentices and build our training program giving more opportunities to those looking to build a career in Conveyancing.
We spoke to two of our current Apprentices Dione Hopkins, Post Completion Apprentice and Vojtech Nanar, Remortgage Admin Apprentice. We asked the pair about their experience at Sort Legal so far.
“I have had a great experience here at Sort Legal.
It’s been my dream job to work in an office environment, and this environment is brilliant. The people here are all so kind, and it’s great to have such fantastic colleagues.
The great thing about Sort Legal is that they really look after their staff and help you when in need. I have needed a lot of support since I started, and I have got everything I have needed without hesitation.
I found that the training provided to us has been so useful. We are talked through all the Legal things we need to know, and everything is explained in detail, making sure we understand it to the fullest.
My favourite thing about Sort Legal is the support we are provided. I will most definitely be staying at Sort Legal and building my career. It’s a brilliant Law Firm, and growing alongside Sort Legal is my goal.” - Vojtech Nanar, Remortgage Admin Apprentice.
“My experience at Sort Legal has been very educational and interesting; I have really enjoyed it so far. I like learning new things constantly progressing in my job role.
The people here are lovely too, which makes it an even better environment to work in. The training has been complex but easy to grasp and understand once I had done practise on each task.
My role is Post Completion Apprentice. My team deals with files once they have been completed, and we work closely with The Land Registry. My favourite thing about Sort Legal is the support you are provided with; it has made my training a lot easier and enjoyable.
I hope to stay at Sort Legal when my Apprenticeship is over so that I can build my career within the property and law industry.” - Dione Hopkins, Post Completion Apprentice.
