Celebrating Benjamin Balog for National Apprenticeship Week!

It’s National Apprenticeship Week, and what better way to celebrate than shining a light on our wonderful past and present Apprentices at Sort Group.
Benjamin joined Sort Legal in August 2023 and is working towards his Level 3 in Business Administration. He currently works within the New Business Team, which is the first port of call for all customers instructing Sort Legal for their Conveyancing.
How are you finding your Apprenticeship journey so far?
I have found my apprenticeship journey very informational, friendly and overall my journey with Sort has shown me that I made the best choice for my career and future by choosing to be a part of this amazing big family which is Sort.
How important is having the right support from your mentors?
In my opinion, having the right mentors who are supportive all throughout your journey as an apprentice is the best thing you can have as it ensures that you will always have them to rely on when you are unsure or have any doubts regarding anything. I for one know I have all the right mentors and support.
What have been your favourite modules as part of your Apprenticeship so far?
I don’t really have a favourite module. All the modules I have been through so far have all helped me in one way or another therefore it would be of great injustice to the education system and what it stands for if I pick and choose 1 when I know all of them are great.
What advice would you give someone just starting their Apprenticeship journey?
If Sort are hiring, APPLY!!! Trust me you won’t regret it.
