Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week!
National Apprenticeship Week is here, and at Sort, we’re passionate about providing young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to kickstart their careers and build their futures.
We began our apprenticeship scheme in 2017 to help tackle recruitment challenges within the legal sector. The idea was simple but has had a massive impact on our company; invest in apprentices, cultivate our own talent, and shape the future of the industry.
Since then, we’ve seen significant success within our company as we’ve nurtured individuals into becoming young professionals throughout the business. Our apprentices help build a positive and dynamic work environment, bringing fresh ideas and motivation to the workplace. Through our tailored apprenticeship programs, they gain hands-on experience while learning and developing new skills they can apply directly to their roles.
All our apprentices have become valuable members of the team. Through collaborative work and working alongside our experienced colleagues, they not only enhance their professional growth but also contribute to the growth of the business. What began as an apprenticeship programme in Sort Legal has now become so successful that it has expanded to Accounts, IT, and Marketing.
Today, we are thrilled to have six apprentices working across Sort Group.
To celebrate this week, we will be taking the opportunity to showcase both our current apprentices and those who have recently passed, alongside their mentors who have supported them through their journey.
