Based in our South Shields office, we'd like to introduce you to Joshua Sowunmi who joined us in July this year.
Now that he's settled into his new role as a Client Inception Executive with us at Sort Legal, we took some time to get to know him more...
How have you found it at Sort Legal so far
My first week has been incredibly smooth. The team here has been exceptionally welcoming and has helped me integrate quickly.
What made you want to join our Sort Legal team
I was drawn to Sort Legal because of its impressive growth, and I wanted to contribute to and be a part of that exciting journey.
What did you do before joining Sort Legal?
I was a student, focusing on my studies and preparing for a professional career.
Tell us something only a few people know about you.
I hail from a small town called Navan, about an hour outside Dublin.
Do you have any interesting hobbies or interests outside of work?
I played rugby during my university years, and I am an avid fan, particularly when Ireland competes against England or Wales.
How would your friends and family describe you in three words?
Determined, hardworking, and independent.
What was your favourite subject in school, and why?
Construction Studies was my favourite subject in school. I was fascinated by the entire process of building homes, from laying the foundation to installing the insulation.
What would your perfect day off look like?
Attending a sporting event, soaking in the excitement and energy.
What do you think you can bring to Sort Legal?
I bring a strong work ethic, determination, and a relentless drive to succeed.
What would you say to someone looking to start a career in Conveyancing
I would encourage them to give it a try! It’s a rewarding field with plenty of opportunities for growth.
