Join us as we get to know our new starter, Morgan Williams.
Morgan joined the Sort Legal team just before Christmas; he’ll now be working within the group as a Conveyancing Case Handler.
So, you can get to know Morgan on a more personal level. We have pulled together 10 questions. Ranging from his experience to hobbies, interests and what he likes to do outside of work.

What is your New Job Title?
Conveyancing Case Handler
How was your first week at Sort Legal?
Really good! A warm welcome from the team just before Christmas, and everyone’s very approachable – Looking forward to getting stuck into some work.
What attracted you to Sort Group?
From my interview, I could see that the firm has a real passion for ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Their approach of consistently liaising with estate agencies and financial advisors to speed up the process really blended well with my approach.
What do you feel you can bring to Sort Legal?
I focus on the customer’s experience and clarify complex legal issues in layman’s terms (With the occasional injection of humour!) and ensure that estate agencies and financial advisors are kept fully updated to maintain clear communication throughout.
What did you do before Sort Legal? Tell us about your previous experience?
Before Sort Legal, I worked for a volume conveyancing firm, building up my knowledge of conveyancing from the ground up in 2018. Before that, I supervised a little Welsh pub in Cardiff before trying my hand at property law!
Tell us something most people don’t know about you?
I once lived in the year 1525 for 21 days in Crickhowell for an S4C show (Welsh TV), and I’ve taken part in a white-collar Mixed Martial Arts event for Cancer Research UK!
What are you most looking forward to in your first year at Sort Legal?
I am looking forward to learning more complex conveyancing matters, including Leasehold and Auction cases.
What do you like to do outside of work? Do you have any hobbies?
Going on treks, swimming at local beaches in the Summer, reading, gaming, whiskey collecting and watching films/tv
Describe your perfect day off?
Binging a new series on Netflix
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I would love to go back to Whistler, Canada, to ski again.
